Elite Entrance Systems Sponsors Essex Men’s Team at Vets Fest 2026

Elite Entrance Systems is proud to sponsor the Essex men’s team as they prepare to take part in Vets Fest 2026, supporting Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby.

We are proud to see the Elite Entrance Systems logo displayed on the Essex men’s team shirt for Vets Fest 2026, representing our commitment to supporting Wooden Spoon and the incredible work the charity carries out across Essex.

Bringing the Rugby Community Together

Vets Fest is an annual rugby tournament that brings together veteran players, supporters, volunteers and regional teams from across the UK and Ireland.

The event was created to give players aged 35 and over an opportunity to return to the pitch, enjoy the camaraderie of the sport and use their shared passion for rugby to support a worthwhile cause. Alongside the matches, teams earn points through their fundraising efforts and involvement in the wider event.

This year’s Vets Fest will take place on Saturday 26 September 2026 at Tynedale RFC near Newcastle. The day will include veteran rugby matches, family activities and live entertainment, with players and supporters coming together to raise money for Wooden Spoon.

Supporting Children and Young People in Essex

One of the things that makes Wooden Spoon’s work so special is its strong regional focus. Money raised locally is used to fund projects within that same area, helping communities support children and young people close to home.

For Elite Entrance Systems, sponsoring the Essex men’s team therefore has a particularly meaningful connection. As an Essex-based business, we are proud that our support for the team can contribute towards projects benefiting children and families within our home county.

Wooden Spoon Essex has supported a wide variety of local projects, including specialist facilities, accessible equipment and practical support for organisations working with children affected by disability, poverty or social exclusion.

Across the UK and Ireland, Wooden Spoon works to give children and young people facing disadvantage or living with disabilities the chance to play, learn, thrive and feel safe. The charity funds projects such as inclusive playgrounds, sensory spaces, specialist equipment, learning facilities and transport that helps children access essential support and new experiences.

Vets Fest has become an important part of Wooden Spoon’s fundraising calendar. Hundreds of players take part each year, combining competitive rugby with community spirit and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Backing the Essex Team

As an Essex-based business, we are pleased to support the regional men’s team and play a small part in their fundraising efforts.

Elite Entrance Systems has pledged £1,000 in sponsorship, with the full sponsorship amount being retained for the charity. An additional contribution was made separately for a commemorative team shirt, allowing the original donation to remain intact.

We are incredibly proud to sponsor the Essex men’s team and to see the Elite Entrance Systems logo represented on their shirts at Vets Fest 2026. We wish the players every success as they represent our home county and raise vital funds for such an important cause.

Through this sponsorship, we are proud to help Wooden Spoon continue making a real and lasting difference to the lives of children and young people across Essex. Knowing that the money raised can support local projects, create new opportunities and provide valuable experiences for children within our own community makes our involvement especially meaningful.
