I have worked with Elite Entrance Systems for the last 5 years and have always found all of their staff and engineers extremely polite and helpful and always helped us out in emergencies wherever they could. 

The team at Elite are very responsive and are really seen as part of the larger maintenance team at our large site.  Any issues are quickly resolved and they are always available with informative details for the client as well. 

Elite have traditional values around customer service and value.  They can always be relied upon to provide an excellent repair service during or outside normal working hours.  They are polite and understand how to maintain a large estate.

The team at Elite is always willing to help me.  The engineers who attend Hillingdon Hospital are always respectful and do the jobs in a safe manner.  

Excellent email and verbal communication as well are rapid attendance.  Communicated throughout the day with regard to the job.  Quote was received quickly which allowed the follow on works to be carried out immediately.
