Entrance System Specialists in Felixstowe, Suffolk

I have worked with Elite Entrance Systems for the last 5 years and have always found all of their staff and engineers extremely polite and helpful and always helped us out in emergencies wherever they could.

The team at Elite are very responsive and are really seen as part of the larger maintenance team at our large site.  Any issues are quickly resolved and they are always available with informative details for the client as well.

Elite have traditional values around customer service and value.  They can always be relied upon to provide an excellent repair service during or outside normal working hours.  They are polite and understand how to maintain a large estate.

We have had Elite Entrance Systems Limited servicing our Auto doors at Queen Mary's Hospital, Roehampton for the last 3 years. The last 2 years have been difficult for contractors because of the pandemic but this seem to have spurred Elite Entrance System Limited even the more, service has remained timely, reports, quotations, remedial works completed in a timely manner, the engineers and knowledgeable follow site rules. Response time for call out is the best we have had across the board.

Their reports are explanatory and detailed to the correct level as well as received in an acceptable time. Exactly what you would want for you Auto doors from an facilities perspective.

We have been using the services of Elite Entrance systems since 2018 on the East slope at the University of Sussex.

They have been very professional, helpful and of great support to us, hence why we offered them a 3 year contract.

Their support and knowledge has been invaluable, its a pleasure to have their technicians on site carrying out inspections for us, they always operate in a professional manner and communicate clearly.

Good Engineers, communicate well and very informative and conscientious. I'd recommend this company.

Office team always reply to emails and also communicate well.

I would just like to thank you and your team for the successful delivery of the QI Entrance Project at the weekend.

It was the first time we have worked with your company and I would like to say from the beginning, your communications, and responses to any questions I had were swift.

Being a high-profile building, the client was obviously concerned about safety and how the site was left at the end of each day, they need not have been. The standard of work and professionalism was refreshing to see, coupled with fact all your Health and Safety documentation, programme etc was available immediately.
